With strong CS fundamentals who can describe the difference between the W3C and IE box models and has been known to have Firebug, and the IE Script Debugger running simultaneously. We’re not particular about the years of professional experience but a passion for web technologies and optimizing the user experience is a must.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous web development experience in JavaScript using AJAX framework.
Phenomenal debugging principles (and perseverance).
Expert in XML related technologies ( like xPath, xQuery )
Proficient with CSS, HTML, XHTML as well as other web development/production tools
Familiarity with web frameworks like Dojo, prototype or YUI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Prior experience in personal information management with technologies like SyncML, vCard is a big plus.
Responsibilities include:
Work with product team to assess feasibility and priority of new features.
Develop debugging tools as necessary.
Pro actively recommend architecture changes and suggest new coding practices.
Collaborate with server-side programmers to optimize scalability and network efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with competing technologies.
