Purpose and Objectives - Responsible for the definition of service solutions. - The HR Solution Development Consultant is responsible for the analysis of customer’s service request, focus on HR area,communicating with customer and check whether the requests can be realized by Service Factory. - Service Solution Management Team need also summarize customer request and produce Specs which developers can refer to.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: - University degree or above - Ability to comprehend the underlying technical architecture and methodology - Ability to comprehend, analyze, research and design complex concepts - Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese - Systematic thought way - Work under pressure and challenge - To be able to work effectively across cultures and geographies - Solid programming experience as a plus
Expectations and Tasks: - To build customer specified business content, such as UI, Analytics Report, Form, Business Scenario, Business Configuration, Authentication and etc. through analyzing business content complexity; - To provide remote support to partners/customer for content enhancement this continuous improves their business through flexible SAP solutions - To enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential
Work Experiences: - Minimum 3 years work experience in HR field,concerning about personnel management, organization management,time management, payroll, trainning management,etc. - Experience on using HR information system, especially experience on SAP HCM is a great plus.
