阿里集团研发院数据中心计算平台部门负责构建阿里集团数据中心计算平台，旨在研发先进水平的分布式存储和计算的技术，以大规模的低成本计算机集群为依托，构建互联网上的分布式存储和计算的服务，降低用户大规模数据处理和大运算量计算的成本。数据中心计算平台涵盖的技术领域包括分布式存储技术，分布式计算技术，网络技术，数据库技术，互联网开发技术等。

1、软件开发工程师
工作地点：北京/杭州
招聘人数：5人
职位描述：
1. 构建集团研发院数据中心计算架构平台，满足阿里巴巴旗下各子公司日益增长的超大规模数据并行计算的需求。
2. 根据项目开发流程和系统设计目标，进行平台各子系统的详细设计并编写代码。
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，丰富的计算机科学专业知识，对分布式计算有一定的了解。

职位描述：
Market Research – Work with all the subsidiaries of Alibaba and define their requirements for networked computing power. For instance, PM from DHE should understand our current data mining applications involve the use of gigantic data set which often requires each server to be equipped with tens of terabyte disk volume (secondary memory). Ironically, our search applications which preload the index of the product offering from our customers into the system memory are ever hungrier for more primary memory resources.
PM from DHE should also pay attention on the industry trends so that our computing infrastructure can be easily modified for the requirement from outside of Alibaba, though for a foreseeable time our computing resource will be pretty much built for internal use on data analysis and backend applications.
Product Definition & Design – PM can precisely define our products and therefore clearly specify its application range. He or she will also prioritize the requirements so that our finite engineering resources can always be used to produce the best outcome. In the case of requirement conflicts, PM must help the team make the decision whether to accommodate all requirements by presenting the analysis on TCO and strategic goals. PM often receives helps from his/her peer SME on server platform design, large scale switching fabric and IDC facility engineering.
Project Management – Following GEM/PMP process, PM should use modern management methods to ensure the smooth execution of his/her own engineering projects. With carefully designed program plan, risks can also be mitigated so that our products can meet the desired cost and/or delivery date.
Inbound product marketing – Periodically communicate with Datacenter Software Engineering & Datacenter Service Engineering and perform TOI for the operation staff, with assistance from SME. PM will periodically present new hardware capabilities to engineering departments of all Alibaba’s subsidiaries and track whether they can make best use of the hardware.

1、对Linux内核的TCP/IP代码熟悉并能进行优化；
