Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Write detail design and/or function specification document based on product requirements. • Analysis and locate the root cause of customer cases escalated from tier 2 support line. • Work with QA to reproduce the customer cases. • Work with all stakeholders to get the best solution about customer cases. • Do unit test for your fixe to ensure product quality. • Provide 24x7 supporting for urgent customer cases if needed.
Qualifications • M.S., B.S. in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ year’s software development experience including at least 3 years in J2SE/J2EE.Object oriented analysis and design skill, familiar with UML and design patterns. • Strong programming skill in J2SE/J2EE (Servlets, Swing, Thread, JDBC etc.), PHP & C++. • Database development experience with SQL server and/or Oracle. • Good knowledge of IIS, Apache and Tomcat WEB servers. • Fluent English Read/Write skills. Fluent oral English is a plus.
