LoB Solution Management, Corporate Functions is dedicated to achieving rapid and significant growth for SAP – from a revenue, portfolio and innovation standpoint. The team will focus upon driving market innovation for profitable & sustainable growth in all relevant LoBs in China changing and innovating the business life of an LoB., Main tasks are creating solid business cases including market requirements, and make/buy/partner decisions, covering new and existing solutions and orchestrating the idea-to-close process in collaboration with all involved stakeholders (products, sales, marketing, support,…) to ensure success in the market.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University Degree in Financial Management, Business Administration or Computer Science
Has around 10 years of working experience in financial management, financial software development, or consulting.
Excellent domain expertise in financial budgeting, consolidation and corporate performance management such as EVA (Economic Value Added). Accounting background is a must.
Direct customer experience with financial performance management processes
Proven ability to influence cross-functional, cross-regional teams without formal authority,
Perfect communication skills.
Understanding of SAP Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Your responsibility include:
Product Renovation targeting China market
Identify and validate market needs, problems in EPM field and align China emerging market requirement with product strategy
Deliver Market Requirement Document, with prioritized growth topics for China, corresponding market situation and appropriate business cases
Work closely with Product Owner and Product Development to ensure their understanding of the market requirements, and subsequently the impact to EPM solutions and contribute to product releases backlog, test criteria etc.
Product or Solution Success in China
Work closely with EPM COE ( Business Development), Product Marketing and Sales/Presales in China to facilitate the I2C (Idea to Close) process
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Work with Solution Marketing to assist in developing the core positioning and messaging for the product, sales tools and collateral
Produce or validate product demos and assist in detail questions to customers and prospects
Deliver/coordinate knowledge transfer for new or prioritized topics
Direct interaction with customers to gather feedback, understand their requirements and see how the EPM products are being used and improved for Chinese customers
