Eclipse已经发布3.1 为Producr

Eclipse 3.1 has been declared production! You can download it now from the Eclipse download site. It’s being propagated to the various Eclipse mirror sites, which usually takes a day or so.

现在尝尝鲜去。。

使用Eclipse 3.1，通过在线升级，下载安装EMF等插件后，下载Web开发平台wtp-1.0M5，有了这个东东就无需LomBoz，在windows 的Options中配置Server，指定你机器上的tomcat或Jboss位置即可。

JBoss-IDE和lomboz打架了，JBoss-IDE 3.1版本很强，整合了Jsp和EJB xdolct，可以通过Eclipse 3.1智能升级，总体感觉Lomboz用起来磕磕绊绊，还需要安装一个sdo包，否则安装了lomoboz没用。lomoboz有些配置好像还无法保存。

经过本人实践，按照JBoss-IDE的手册，只要在Eclipse 3.0上安装JBossIDE后，就可以开发一个EJB或WEB项目，无需lomboz

我已经基于JBoss+MYSQL+Eclipse 3.0， 按照JBOssIDE说明，一步步操作开发成功一个WEB+EJB的J2EE应用，案例放在VIP教程区了。

在这里，Lomboz 列出了一些开发文档，就是一些例子，我纳闷了很久，怎么Lomboz给出的文章都是基于WTP的，而对于Lomboz插件却没有提及，等我看到这个页面最下面，有一句话:

"You can still access the documentation for the older versions of Lomboz. Older documentation is hosted on the www.objectlearn.com"

让我更是一头雾水，难道Lomboz捐给了eclipse？并且将其改名为WTP？
感觉新的WTP和Lomboz差别很大，看起来好多了，我下了一个用了用，实际操作过程和这些例子的截图不尽相同，有一些小差别，不知是何原因。
